No more copying account plans back and forth. We have created a dynamic chart of accounts, which means you can make overall adjustments in the standard chart of accounts, which are passed on to all of your customers. Obviously it does not influence the accounts that are adjusted specifically to the customer.
Dynamic chart of accounts - Adapted to each user
When you create a new client, they automatically have your default account plan. Then you simply adjust the chart of accounts to the customer, so they only see what they need right now.
You can hide an account without deleting it, just click show if the customer will need it later on. It is easy for you and it ensures that your customers will not be "disturbed" by accounts they don't need.
