Netconomy is hosted at Interxion, which is why we guarantee an uptime of 99.90%. However, there may of course be operating irregularities when updating the platform.
We're monitoring the system
Netconomy is monitored 24/7/365. This ensures that in the event of a problem, we can quickly and efficiently solve this. We use new technologies that can help us if for instance a customer us getting an error, we already got a report of it, typically before the user even contacts us. That's super fast service!
