A journal entry all can understand
Many of your customers probably don't understand debit and credit and will probably find it difficult to use a traditional journal entry or one of the many financial systems that exist. We understand this and we've made it easy for your customers so it becomes easier for you to get the right data from them.
Your customers don't have to worry about debit and credit, but only about which money container the transaction belongs to and then enter the amount in or out. It does not get easier than this. We also show the balance on every transaction, so a balance can be made immediately and errors can be found quickly. You obviously get the entries provided so you can use them as debit and credit entries.

We have also created something we call special entries, so your customers do not have to think about how they for example should be register driving kilometers. Your customer enters the required number of kilometers and the system makes the entries for you, on the accounts you have set up for the customer. You can choose which special entries each customer should be able to see. This way you can make sure that your customers will not be presented for features they do not need. This makes it much easier for your customer and ensure that you get the data from the customer with fewer errors.
